The Lions Club of Apple Mac Users of QLD Inc, was founded in 1984, has grown from a computer users group into a community-focused organi2ation offering local and international aid. Its programs support the disabled, disadvantaged, and communities affected by natural disasters through initiatives like refurbished medical equipment, wooden toys for hospitals, and mobility devices for rural areas.

Brief History
Apple Macintosh Association of QLD (AMAQ) was Founded in 1984 in Brisbane, In 1992, the club launched the Computer Aid for Disabled and Disadvantaged (CADD) program, refurbishing computers for those in need. In 2003 the Lions Club of Apple Mac Users of QLD Inc known as Apple-MAQ Lions Club was chartered as a technology-focused group and evolving into a community service organisation.
Now operating a project called Lions Aid & Relief Centre (LARC), the club provides refurbished medical, educational, and mobility equipment to local and international communities.
With a strong commitment to innovation and service, the Apple-MAQ Lions Club impacting worldwide.
